My books are currently closed for regular clients, however, I post openings for gap appointments on Sunday at 2pm on my Instagram story (@kittys.klaws)

Once I have posted my openings and you have Direct Messaged me on Instagram wanting a specific spot, I will then redirect you to my Policies and Covid forms.

After the forms are filled out, I will personally send you a link to my Square account to secure your spot. If you do not secure it, your appointment is not valid.

Grabbing a gap appointment is the best way to get in with me. Gap appointments are random gaps in my schedule that are essentially scheduled walk-in appointments that are available to anyone. Each appointment can vary in service, time, and day. I created gaps so I could see new faces each week while also having my regulars. Unlike regulars, gap clients are a one-time service and do not rebook after the appointment, BUT can still grab a gap later on. There is no limit to how many appointments someone can grab. I post gap appointments on my instagram stories every Sunday at 2 pm! Be sure to grab one!

VIP appointments are the best way to get a guaranteed spot for a future special occasion. In order to book a VIP appointment, you need to reach out to me via Instagram Direct Message at least 1 + month in advance. A VIP appointment consists of a secured appointment in my books, freedom of art, and a goodie bag. I offer VIP appointments for Gel X Extensions and Structured Manicures. There are a few things that are very helpful and highly appreciated for each appointment.

Making sure your nails are in good enough shape to receive a service is very important. If you think your nails might be too damaged for a service, please reach out to me to further discuss.

Take care of your nails and skin beforehand such as hydrating, not picking, cleaning, etc.

Finding nail inspiration via Instagram, Pinterest, etc. helps me get a solid idea of what you are looking for in a set.

Each appointment is given a specific time. There is no need to arrive any earlier than 5-10 minutes before the appointment. Please feel free to wait in the lobby and enjoy some snacks and beverages.

I allow a 15 min window. After 15 minutes you will be considered a no call no show and be charged 100% of the scheduled service and blocked from booking. Some sets have the possibility of taking longer than originally scheduled, please prepare incase this happens. I will give you a heads up, as I hope you would for me.

Any cancellations or reschedules within 1 -2 business days of your appointment are 50% of the scheduled service.

The day of cancellation is 100% of scheduled service.

No call no show is immediately blocked from booking and charged 100% of scheduled service.

Gel X Extensions and Structured Manicures both have a 3 - 6+ week lifespan. The state of the nails before the service has a huge impact on the longevity of a set such as nail health and length. Treating the nails well such as using cuticle oil, gloves, and more can longer the retention.

Cash is preferred for each service. I also accept credit/debit cards and Zelle.
